Every rental listed on CebuRentMarket goes through a verification process. We check property ownership, confirm the property exists, verify photos, review lease terms, check for disputes, and confirm utilities. The result is a Trust Score from 0 to 100 — the higher the score, the more checks the rental has passed.
Each verified listing gets a unique code (e.g., CRM-R001) that you can look up here. This helps tenants confirm that a listing is real and has been reviewed by our team.
